Progress Update Q4 2025

Well a coworker (or two) was courteous enough to come in while being violently ill so you know what that means!

Plenty of meds and an itchy throat.

But you didn't come here to listen to me complain about banal goings on, did you? No! You came to check in on how I'm doing with this little project of mine.

You're so thoughtful.

How's it been going? Well, simply put quite well, dear reader.

This progress update is a little different for me as I’ve actually cinched off round two of beta and have yet to identify anything concerning therein. That in and of itself is worthy of celebration but the last quarter of 2025 also saw me working on book two- and I'm pleased to report I managed to finish act two and make solid headway into act three!

I'm not used to discussing an active first draft but it feels pretty good I don't mind telling you!

There's quite a lot of holidays, birthdays, and road trips scheduled for the first part of the year but while 2025 was a good year progress-wise I'm hoping I can make 2026 even better.

So that's where I'm at, dear reader. A little sick, but daring to dream.
